First of all, Dr. Katie has memorized her sales spiel and, hold on for the ride, she's gonna sprint right through it, talking at 10x speed. I didn't appreciate the heavy sales tactics from a medical provider, especially when my insurance was involved.

Their care is great. I've got chronic pain due to illness and injury, and Dr. Gail has helped me to manage these issues better. Their staff is helpful and friendly. They are a bit pricey, though, even with the discount plan they provide.
