Troy Samchuk gave me the worst experience of my life. I've never seen a more unorganized facility. I had an appointment and waited over 40 minutes before he began to see me. I left in immense pain and the next two days I was not able to attend work due to my back injury that he provided me with. I will never return!!

Chiropractor was good. Massage was a total waste of money. The girl didn't even say hi and her massage was a joke.

My practitioner was Kathy for acupuncture and massage therapy. Her services was awesome. The problem was only the reception saved my wrong plan insurance number. Because this is my first time use it, I am a new comer.

Saw Dr. Rob as a new patient and explained how I needed a gentle adjustment and he then adjusted my upper back area while I laid on my side on the table and it was the loudest crack I've ever heard and he was sooooo happy with how loud it was.

I called to book my husband an appointment and asked if they direct bill to Sunlife and the receptionist said absolutely!! 4 hours later when he shows up for his appointment they make him pay up front and refuse his insurance.
