The answer isn't one-size-fits-all — and getting it right could change everything about how you feel for the next nine months.
Trimester-by-Trimester Recommendations
First Trimester (Weeks 1–13): Care frequency is typically once every 3–4 weeks for asymptomatic women. For those with low back or SI joint dysfunction, 2–3 times per week.
Second Trimester (Weeks 14–27): Bi-weekly or monthly for asymptomatic women. Weekly for round ligament pain or pelvic girdle discomfort.
Third Trimester (Weeks 28–40): Weekly care is common — keeping the pelvis aligned supports the nervous system, optimizes baby positioning, and contributes to an easier delivery.
The Webster Technique
A specific chiropractic sacral analysis designed for pregnant women. It reduces sacral subluxation and improves pelvic neuro-biomechanical function.
