The Trust Recovery Process

1. The first visit is a conversation, not an adjustment. Patients describe their history, fears, and goals.
2. The exam is non-manipulative. Postural analysis, gait observation, and X-rays establish what's actually misaligned.
3. The correction is demonstrated first. Patients see and feel the contact pressure on their hand before it's applied to their neck.
