## **“But We Can’t Sell Corporate Chiropractic Wellness???”**

I saw this headline this morning and almost spit out my coffee:

**Bank of America spends more than $250 MILLION a year covering GLP-1 drugs for its employees.**

That’s roughly 13% of its $2+ billion annual healthcare budget. CEO Brian Moynihan basically framed it as an investment in employee health.

And somewhere right now...

A chiropractor is telling me:

**“Yeah, Twisty, corporate wellness just doesn’t really work anymore.”**

😂😂😂

Come on.

This headline isn't really about Ozempic.

And I'm not making a GLP-1 vs. chiropractic argument.

**It's about what employers are willing to PAY FOR.**

Bank of America didn't suddenly become passionate about injectable peptides.

They have 210,000+ employees and an enormous healthcare bill.

They are looking at health through the lens corporations look at everything:

**What does an unhealthy workforce cost us?**

Healthcare claims. Productivity. Absenteeism. Retention. Performance. Quality of life.

And they're willing to put **$250,000,000 A YEAR** behind one category of intervention because they believe healthier employees are worth investing in.

Meanwhile chiropractic has spent 30 years trying to sell corporations...

_"Dr. Bob would love to come do a Lunch & Learn!"_

🤦‍♂️

### Maybe CORPORATE WELLNESS isn't dead.

Maybe our **offer sucks.**

Stop selling corporations chiropractic.

They don't care.

Sell them the **RESULT.**

**“We help your employees with the musculoskeletal problems that make sitting, standing, lifting, driving, sleeping and WORKING harder.”**

Now we're talking.

Then build an actual employer program around it:

- Employee priority-access program
- Neck/back pain and mobility screenings
- Ergonomic/workstation education
- Fast-track appointments
- Employee-specific benefits
- Outcome tracking
- Aggregate quarterly reporting
- Patient satisfaction
- Functional improvement
- Utilization data

And this is where **ChiropracticResults** makes this infinitely more interesting.

Because for the first time we can walk into a company and say:

**“Don't take our word for it. Here are the actual outcomes our clinic is producing.”**

Not philosophy.

Not a spinal model.

Not a stack of coupons in the break room.

**RESULTS.**

Think about the shift:

### OLD CORPORATE CHIROPRACTIC:

_"Can we set up a booth at your health fair?"_

### NEW CORPORATE CHIROPRACTIC:

_"We'd like to become the local musculoskeletal health resource for your workforce — and we'll measure what happens."_

That's a different fucking conversation.

Corporations clearly haven't stopped spending money on employee health.

In some cases, they're spending **hundreds of millions of dollars on it.**

So maybe the question isn't:

**“Do companies want chiropractic?”**

The better question is:

# **Have we packaged chiropractic in a way a company would actually want to buy?**

Because I think there's a gigantic market sitting right under our noses.

And we've been showing up with a lunch-and-learn and a fucking foam spine. 😂

**It's time to build Corporate Chiropractic 2.0.**
