Preparing for Birth: How Webster Technique Care at Haven Sets Katy Moms Up for an Easier Delivery
By the time most Katy moms find us, they're already 30+ weeks and someone has whispered the words "breech" or "posterior" at an appointment. The good news: pelvic balance work started early is even more powerful than pelvic balance work started late.
What Webster actually is
Webster is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment of the sacrum and surrounding soft tissue. Its goal isn't to "turn the baby" — it's to remove the biomechanical and neurological interference that keeps the pelvis torqued and the round ligaments tight, so baby can find their optimal position on their own.
Trimester by trimester
First trimester. We focus on nervous system regulation — vagal tone, sleep, nausea, and the exhaustion that comes with early pregnancy. Adjustments are gentle and side-lying.
Second trimester. Round ligament work becomes central. This is where we prevent the hip and low back pain that so many moms accept as "just part of pregnancy."
Third trimester. Full Webster protocol, pelvic balancing, and prep for labor. We also coach breathing and pelvic floor patterns that carry into delivery.
What Katy moms report
- Shorter, more efficient labors
