Dr. Anthony R. Galante is the founder of Algonquin Chiropractic Center and has been a licensed Chiropractic Physician for over 30 years. Before becoming a provider, he was a patient himself — growing up with chronic back pain that ran in his family. After a hockey injury at 17 and years of intermittent lower back pain through his 30s, Dr. Galante finally found lasting relief through the Cox Technic, which he now uses to help patients in the Algonquin and Lake in the Hills communities.
Dr. Galante graduated from the National University of Health Sciences in 1992 and only select few chiropractors certified in the Cox Technic — and one of an even smaller group certified for all three regions of the spine (cervical, thoracic, and lumbar). He is also a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) and the author of The Sciatica Survival Guide.
Outside of practice, Dr. Galante lives in Algonquin, has coached youth hockey and baseball, and has served as a Path Small Group Leader with the Light of Christ Church for over ten years.
