For those of you with sciatica pain, I strongly recommend Within Chiropractic. I tried a variety of things to get relief on my own without success. I’m a very active person and the pain was affecting my ability to exercise and sleep. I was only able to fall asleep when my body and mind were exhausted but I would wake up in the middle of the night crying in pain. I considered physical therapy but I had tried many stretching and strengthening exercises on my own with minimal improvement. I decided to try chiropractic care and was impressed with Within Chiropractic’s reviews and appreciated actually seeing Dr. Zach perform an adjustment on Facebook. I started with 2 adjustments a week and after my third visit I was able to fall asleep normally and stay asleep. After my third week of treatment, I no longer had any radiating pain. If you are considering medical or more invasive treatment for your pain, I strongly recommend you try chiropractic care first. I continue to receive maintenance adjustments and I’ve never felt better.

I have been a patient at Within Chiropractic for just over 3 months. I have had remarkable results with Dr. Zach - most notably, the constant aching in my hips and lower back has gone away. The pain in my neck and shoulders has improved, as well. I really look forward to my appointments - I feel lighter and not as tense as I used to feel.

Several yeas ago I fell down and hurt my lower back, since then I've suffering from pains, preventing me from doing just simple things like sweeping and walking. I knew I needed help but when I started feeling pains and burning sensation on my feet, I finally decided to reach out. I was not sure where to go, then I talked to Kailee and an appointment was set up with Dr. Zach. He gave me a good assessment and has been adjusting me. I can tell the difference already, the pain and the burning sensation have been less.
