Met for an overview of what to expect. First step was extensive bloodwork — was told the cost would be $300–$400, then received a $525 bill with no heads up or explanation. Response from the clinician felt cold. Spent over $1,200 in a short period and felt the experience was really all about the money. Would not recommend.

Incredibly sketchy billing process — they would not give billing codes before booking so I could verify cost with insurance. They say they will tell you your co-pay only within their 24-hour cancellation window so you cannot cancel, then can charge you more.

Received seven acupuncture treatments — only two included electrical stimulation and cupping, but all seven were billed to insurance as if they did. Statements only arrived after claims were paid, ~2 months later, in an email noting their billing system had issues. When I flagged the error and requested treatment documentation it took a month to receive. Final response said the documentation was correct. Offered a one-time 10% discount. Sloppiest record keeping and billing I have ever seen.

Doctors were informative but the experience was ruined by billing. Confirmed multiple times before visits that BCBS PPO would cover appointments — none were covered. Over a year later a balance went to collections and they auto-charged the debit card on file. Felt the practice pushed expensive additional tests and appointments and made cancellation difficult. Patients feel treated as cash cows.
