As an athlete myself, I experienced the impact of the right care on recovery and performance. Originally from England, I spent my formative years in South Africa before moving to Sydney, Australia, for 8 years. I grew up in a chiropractic family, with my dad working as a chiropractor. From a young age, I saw how much of a difference he made in people's lives and I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps. I run a general family practice and enjoy adjusting patients of all ages. I also enjoy educating patients on the chiropractic process and making care approachable and tailored to each individual. Since arriving in Scotland in 2024, my wife and I have been excited to explore the history and culture here in Europe.

My mum first introduced me to chiropractic as a teenager when I developed back pain from sports. I enjoyed the whole experience and quickly realised I wanted to help others in the same way. I combine chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue therapy and exercise, helping patients not only with spinal alignment but also with strengthening and supporting their bodies long-term. The reception staff are wonderful, very friendly and always fit me in when I need an extra appointment. I have previously broken my back and was having a lot of pain, Mark gave me a lot more movement which reduced my pain greatly and gave me exercises to do at home. I can't recommend the clinic highly enough!!! Seven years down the line and still a fantastic! Ryan is now my chiropractor and I can't recommend him highly enough!

After dealing with my issue for some time I almost hit rock bottom until I made contact with yourselves. From our first call you made me understand what I was going through and with the series of sessions made me understand my issue more clearly. Having being to see you for nearly a year now and for you to go through our timeline together has really helped me understand the process. I would like to thank you for taking the time to see me and making me feel very welcome as well as the girls on the front desk. I highly recommend anyone with neck, back or lower back issues to get in touch.

It's only been about a month and I feel so much better. I am on the lowest strength antidepressant/anti anxiety medication, I'm finding I can sleep so much easily and my headaches have reduced within the first few treatments. The issue I had with my leg that I done over a year of physiotherapy and muscle relaxers but none of that worked. This has been the only treatment that has made a difference and it's been so quick I can finally walk without me feeling in dragging along a dead leg. I have recommended Ryan and the other fantastic chiropractors and team to my family and friends. Thank you all for the support and helping me get back to me again.
