Not worth it. Go to Miami clinics instead. Owner response: Hello Femboy. It appears you were not happy with one of our staff. The front desk has not received any complaints, so I would love for you to call the office and ask for me and express what you were not happy with so I can offer to remedy the problem. All our therapists are medically trained and though everyone has a preference we try to please everyone. Give me a call and I'll see what we can do.

Advertised as 60 minute massage, was told to come 15 minutes early and did, spent more time just filling paperwork and talking to the doctor than actually getting a massage. Was actually less than a 40 minute massage. I also don't recommend...

Found this Dr. on Groupon and purchased a 2 session package massage. My first appointment with David was great. I called the morning of my 2nd appointment, 2 hours prior to try and reschedule and... Owner response: Hi Victor, I'm so sorry you had to lose your second massage. We tried our best to call people and reschedule but at two hours we struggled — this is a rampant problem in medical fields, which is why cancellation fees exist. As a consolation I can offer you some acupuncture as a gift. Please feel free to call and take advantage of it. Glad you enjoyed it and were nice enough to write an honest review — our staff is wonderful.

It's ashamed, some receptionist are so rude, when they call you they don't give the opportunity talk. You have to only answer their questions, This is ridiculous. Owner response: This is not your real name — your real name is given to my office manager. You are from Blue Cross Blue Shield and verify insurance for them. My manager called you to verify benefits for one of our patients and you were extremely nasty and didn't answer any of the questions she needed to get the correct benefits. I have the exact date and time you called and saw the review, so I know it is you. It is shameful that you would try and damage an employment business staff because you did not understand clearly what she was asking. I will report this to Blue Cross Blue Shield as I have your name and employee number. My phones were on speaker so the rest of our staff heard it.

My first experience with Dr. Watson was in August when I was having severe pain in my upper back. I didn't know what it was or what was causing it but during my first visit I found out that I had a pinched nerve. She worked on me and also... Owner response: Thank you Julie. You have been just a pleasure to work with. I will admit that true success stories — sometimes we get lucky and can make a huge difference. I'm so glad you're feeling better. And you're almost there because you've been a great patient.
