I am 72 and experiencing pain that I thought I would have to live with. I was looking for an “old school” chiropractor after mine retired. I went to Dr Watson and knew pretty quick she was just what I had hoped to find. I must say I feel so much better. Less pain and so much more flexibility. I get the TENS therapy before my adjustment and it is all working very well! Meghan in great and very accommodating with the schedule. I was out of work Thur and Fri with debilitating sciatic nerve pain in my lower back and burning in my left quadricep. Dr Watson and her staff fit me in that same day I called. Dr. Watson is old school in the best way. She’s a local, incredibly knowledgeable, tiny but mighty chiropractor who skips the gimmicks and gets straight to what actually works. One of the best parts is that they have in-house massage therapists, so I can schedule an adjustment and massage together. That combination has been huge for helping both my spinal alignment and the amount of stress knots I carry. Every massage therapist has their own specialty, but Roman is hands down the best fit for me. He’s intuitive, reads energy well, and somehow knows exactly what needs to be released without having to talk through the entire massage. Also, shoutout to the front desk staff, especially Megan, for always being so kind and accommodating with my rescheduling. Once you start feeling the benefits of taking care of yourself here, you realize self-care is something you have to make time for.
