He later earned two more Bachelor degrees in Anatomy and Health & Wellness, including his Doctorate from Parker University in Dallas. Since receiving his education credentials, Dr. Jacobs dedicated his career to furthering himself to be one of the best chiropractors in TX. In fact he was recently awarded the 2023 "Doctor of the Year" for the great state of Texas. In his spare time, Dr. Jacobs enjoys being outdoors hunting, fishing, golfing and spending time with his beautiful wife and children. Dr. Dustin Worthington received his first Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Health Promotion from the University of Wyoming. Dr. Worthington moved to Texas in 2015 and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic, Bachelor of Science in Anatomy, and Bachelor of Science in Health & Wellness at Parker University. Dr. Worthington grew up in the small town of Glenrock, Wyoming where sports and the outdoors were his passion. He chose chiropractic because of the care he received himself in high school and eventually in college as a dual-sport collegiate athlete. Chiropractic changed Dr. Worthington's life, and he wanted to change other people's lives with his own experience. He specializes in families, athletes, and occupational athletes who work the 9-5. FreeForm Chiropractic West 7th was voted Best of Fort Worth 76107 in 2022. Outside the office, Dr. Worthington enjoys spending time with his fiancé Averi, attending Dallas Stars and Cowboys games, fishing, exercising, and playing with their goldendoodle, Harper.
