The entire staff at cornerstone has been amazing. I found them after being involved in a car accident so that meant bringing my four little ones alone. It was challenging for me but the staff gave me the help I needed physically and mentally. My family is so thankful for cornerstone!

The Cornerstone in Firethorne does not accept insurance, and unfortunately this was never communicated to me before my appointment. When I received the confirmation call for my first visit, no one mentioned that they do not bill insurance directly. I drove to the office and waited about 10 minutes because there was only one person at the front desk. She was very friendly and professional, but clearly multitasking answering phones while checking in patients. When it was finally my turn, I asked about insurance and was told they could provide paperwork, but I would need to seek reimbursement directly from my insurance company. This situation could have easily been avoided if they were transparent about it on their website or mentioned it during the appointment confirmation call. It would have saved me time and an unnecessary trip.
