Low Back Pain and Right Shoulder Pain
"an 18-year-old female, presented with chief complaints of dull and aching discomfort in her left and right sacroiliac, left and right lumbar regions, as well as her right posterior trapezius, right posterior shoulder, right anterior shoulder, and right anterior trapezius. Initially, her discomfort for the chief complaint was not explicitly rated on a VAS, but based on the overall context, it is inferred to be severe. She also experienced issues with sleep and stomach pains. Over the course of treatment, she reported significant improvement in her discomfort, with the lumbar pain improving to a VAS of 3/10 according to her most recent assessment. She achieved 100% improvement in lumbar ROM and resolution of stomach pains. Her sleep quality improved by 75%."
