I came in with sharp back pains and lower back aches. She thoroughly went through my symptoms and concerns and guided me through a program of exercises, chiropractic adjustments and general advice. I am now pain free and on my way to a much healthier way of being. Through our conversations my high blood pressure also came up. She suggested some lifestyle adjustments (reduce caffeine, healthy eating, increase water intake) and now my BP is also under control.
