DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT!! I saw Dr Ballard last year and 3 weeks into my visits I told him I did not want to continue and he verbally told me he would void the contract, he continued to charge my credit card after he verbally voided the contract. Turns out even chiropractors can be spineless. Disrespectfully, Fredrick Nilsen

Had been to 2 different hospitals with xrays and an MRI and no help on extreme pain in right shoulder, neck, collar and arm, couldn't raise arm or look to either side. Couldn't lay down without unbearable pain, was told it was probably a muscle strain. Dr. Ballard took xrays and explained what was happening, the nerve in my neck was creating all the pain. He made adjustments and received the pain that evening, following thru with rehab and new xrays are showing improvements in spine from neck thru hips. Very impressed with explanations being straight forward. The staff also keeps me online with the exercises.
