He grew up watching his dad, Dr. Gary, care for patients, and that early exposure turned into a calling that never let go. Some patients at Davis Chiropractic Center have known Dr. Preston since before he was born. Now he gets to practice alongside his father and see for himself what drew him to this work in the first place. Dr. Preston earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. While there, he was mentored by Dr. Morgan, one of the founders of Life University, who passed along decades of hands-on wisdom. Learning from an “old-school” chiropractor stuck with him. He still applies those lessons in practice today. New patients quickly notice that Dr. Preston isn’t interested in a quick fix. He wants to find out what’s actually causing the problem, not just treat imaging or symptoms in isolation. That means listening first, then treating the whole patient. He’s especially passionate about helping people understand what’s going on in their own bodies and how they can get back to doing better. “It is pretty cool to see patients get immediate relief when they come in and leave.” Over the years, Dr. Preston has also come to appreciate that while health care continues to evolve, sticking to tried-and-true chiropractic fundamentals remains one of the best ways to help patients get back to doing what they love. Dr. Preston and his wife, Kamryn, have been married for almost two years. They have a daughter and a dog, and they’ve settled into the active, family-friendly pace of life that Peachtree City offers. Primary Doctor of Chiropractic Dr. Preston has wanted to be a chiropractor since he was 3 years old. He grew up watching his dad, Dr. Gary, care for patients, and that early exposure turned into a calling that never let go. Some patients at Davis Chiropractic Center have known Dr. Preston since before he was born. Now he gets to practice alongside his father and see for himself what drew him to this work in the first place. Dr. Preston earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. While there, he was mentored by Dr. Morgan, one of the founders of Life University, who passed along decades of hands-on wisdom. Learning from an “old-school” chiropractor stuck with him. He still applies those lessons in practice today. New patients quickly notice that Dr. Preston isn’t interested in a quick fix. He wants to find out what’s actually causing the problem, not just treat imaging or symptoms in isolation. That means listening first, then treating the whole patient. He’s especially passionate about helping people understand what’s going on in their own bodies and how they can get back to doing better. “It is pretty cool to see patients get immediate relief when they come in and leave.” Over the years, Dr. Preston has also come to appreciate that while health care continues to evolve, sticking to tried-and-true chiropractic fundamentals remains one of the best ways to help patients get back to doing what they love.
