Horrible experience with the person who scheduled the appointment. She asked me to fill up an intake form with absolutely unnecessary details. I have filled up intake forms from other chiropractors but none of them asks for the level of details requested here.

If the office manager at Atlas Chiropractic is a reflection of the service provided then I will not be using their services going forward. I phoned and spoke with the office manager inquiring about their laser services and the interaction did not meet expectations.
