I call Braddock Chiropractic and Chelsea answered the phone. She had a smile in her voice, answered questions very professionally, and encouraged me to come and talk with them. When I arrived at Braddock Chiropractic, Jessica and Chelsea welcomed me warmly with smiles. Jessica gave me a tour of the office and I watched a video, which was very informative. None of these things was I expecting. Each of these women are terrific at their job and they even take care of babies while Mom and Dad get adjustments. I met all three of the doctors, on day one, that work there daily. Each of the doctors displays a very warm, great "bedside manner" and so welcoming. All three cares about you and wants to know what is ailing your body. And they explain what they will do and how it will help to you, in time, feel better. I had X-rays taken and a follow-up visit, I was surprised what I needed to have adjusted. Dr Alex assured me, that in time, my body would be in better condition. Dr Kayla introduce me to Softwave and I must say it is a revolutionary way of healing the body. I love going to Braddock Chiropractic every week, because the doctors are encouraging and the staff makes certain you are aware of all the opportunities to heal. There are a lot of good qualities about this office. For example I found the staff, especially the doctors, to be quite friendly and flexible with scheduling. Most notably, the adjustment I finally received on my second visit was effective and I left feeling physically better. but I do think one thing is particularly important for future potential clients to understand and that is their business structure. You will only get an x-ray on day one and have to make a second appointment to go over the results before you receive any treatment, and you will have to first watch 2 lengthy pre-recorded videos about the benefits of chiropractic care. Then they will spend a significant amount of time educating you about “what your x-rays mean” and why you would benefit from their treatment. I generally appreciated this educational component. However, every single person who walks into that office Will be given the same “sales pitch“. They will even advise you that you should bring a spouse with you, just like they tell you when you have a timeshare presentation that your spouse should be present. The reason is, they are going to try to sell you on an expensive “treatment plan” that does not seem to be exactly catered to the individual, since most of the negative reviews over the years got the exact same price and plan that I was quoted today. So be prepared to need around $2500 for the 8-week treatment plan. If you have that, Im sure you will see some improvement from your time there.

Iv been going here for a few months now. I have worked for chiropractors before iv seen many. This is one of the best places iv been. From the moment you walk through the door the atmosphere is peaceful and happy. The front desk ladies are the sweetest and really make you feel like a person and not a number. All the doctors here are amazing and really listen and pay attention to your needs. I like that i dont feel like a cookie cutter adjustments. I really feel like they get what you’re really needing. The amount of pain i was in when i started to where i am now. Im forever grateful for this place giving me my life back. I can move better i hurt so much less. I could go on all day about how this place really had impacted my life. To see the progress in n Xrays brought me to tears. This place is the best! With the best people thanks yall ❤️

How do I describe my experience I had at Braddock Chiropractic? Utterly and completely AMAZING!!! So I’ve had some severe pain in my right middle back for years. It would flare up while doing yard work, moving things around in the house and even when brushing my teeth. I tried stretching, massaging and icing the area, but once it started it would not stop or let up unless I laid down flat on my bed or couch. I also went to my fail safe a TENS unit. I found I could block the pain in most areas on my body with some testing of the pad placements. I would do this so I could finish a task or until some medication kicked in. Well having the unit on its highest setting did nothing for this particular pain and would only burn and scar my back so it was time to find another option. My parents suggested a chiropractor, but I was skeptical. I have a very high pain tolerance and I figured that if my back was causing me this much pain it can't be something simple. But I gave it a shot. We saw an add for Dr Braddock and I looked up some information and decided to check it out. The office was amazingly inviting and treated me like family. They have a Christian atmosphere that feels calming, welcoming and specifically cared for. Everyone was gracious and completely helpful. First step is a consult and they take X-rays! X-rays are a must and you get to actually see if your spine, neck and hips are in their proper place. Working from those they’ll decide to take as a patient or, if you have some serious issues that may require something invasive, they’ll refer you to someone that can help you. If they take your case they’ll draw up a treatment plan can best service your needs at that time. Then you get your first adjustment and I kid you not, after my first adjustment I felt something give! Literally! I went home and did about 3 hours of laying 80lb concrete slabs together for a grill deck and when I was finished I felt NOTHING! NO PAIN, NO THROBBING and NO SPASMS. I couldn't believe it. I'll even admit I broke down a little when I was taking a shower because it was so emotional for me to not feel that pain and know I actually was able to do some helpful work at our house. All that from a single adjustment. So after my treatment package was ending they did more X-rays so I could see any progress. In short my adjustments moved my spine, neck and hips into a 85% positive position. And I'll add that going in I was in the negative percentile so this was a dramatic improvement. So if this long drawn out bit of praise and information doesn't convince you to give them a shot then you're crazy. You'd be amazed at all the things that you may suffer from that can be helped by a simple adjustment and alignment of your spine and nerves. Give them a call and let THEM show YOU the care that everyone deserves. I promise you won't regret it!

Never have I experienced a kinder, more caring, and efficient staff! I mean everyone inside of the doors at Braddock Chiropractic is caring and helpful. The chiropractic care that I have received has been life changing and I will continue to use them and I strongly suggest that you use them too if you are in need! You won’t be disappointed!
