I need to tell y'all about how great this place has been for me, for my back, for my neck, for the swelling in my foot! I have had bad experiences at chiropractic offices so I was extremely nervous about starting another chiropractic journey but I am so beyond thankful that I was able to start going to Braddock Chiropractic because it has been life-changing and I'm only on my 9th appointment! I've had a pounding, aching, throbbing, headache for over 10 years every second of every day. This headache was due to an injury I received during a car wreck and that pain is completely gone, that headache is gone. My low back used to hurt so unbelievably bad, I'm in my 30s and I used to call myself a crippled old lady because that is actually how I felt in my body. Having degenerative disc disease and arthritis in my low spine made me assume that I would not be able to be benefited by Chiropractic Care but since going to Braddock Chiropractic I can sit on the floor and play with my baby without my low back hurting so bad I can barely move! I can walk around the zoo with my baby without having to rush or sit down because of the pain in my back! I can hold my son while I cook dinner without it absolutely ruining me for 2 days because of the pain! I did not start coming here assuming it would help the swelling in my foot that is held together by screws, but they say that Chiropractic Care helps your body heal better and faster and easier. I can't even express how true that is! The pain and swelling in my foot was so bad I would have to use a cane or sometimes crutches as well as 2 compression socks on one foot and a tightly wrapped brace, the swelling in my foot is gone. The pain that overtook my life every single day is gone. I will never be able to thank them enough for how they have saved and changed my life, I know this review is long but I just really hope that it helps one person decide to go to Braddock Chiropractic so they can change your life as well, and I may come back here throughout my chiropractic journey and update. If there was an option to get 200 Stars they absolutely deserve it! Nan • Jun 16, 2026 Only 3 adjustments into my treatment plan and I feel like a new person!!! I found Braddock Chiropractic online and came here out of sheer desperation for pain relief. I have been suffering from plantar fascitis for over a year and tried nearly everything. My last ditch effort to avoid surgery was this, in conjunction with Shockwave therapy through my podiatrist. My x-ray showed my hips were 11° out of alignment and that extra stress on my foot could be the cause. Well, I'm a true believer. Today is the first day I woke up able to stand on both feet and walk barefoot completely pain free! I have also suffered from pain, stiffness and limited range of motion in my neck and right side sinceblate last year. I have already seen a huge difference in my range of motion and my head no longer hurts. Dr. Braddock and his entire team truly care about helping people regain control of their lives and achieve optimum quality of life. I am so glad I found this office and could not be happier with my results thus far. I look forward to achieving greater results as I progress through my treatment and highly recommend this team of professionals. She had a smile in her voice, answered questions very professionally, and encouraged me to come and talk with them. When I arrived at Braddock Chiropractic, Jessica and Chelsea welcomed me warmly with smiles. Jessica gave me a tour of the office and I watched a video, which was very informative. None of these things was I expecting. Each of these women are terrific at their job and they even take care of babies while Mom and Dad get adjustments. I met all three of the doctors, on day one, that work there daily. Each of the doctors displays a very warm, great "bedside manner" and so welcoming. All three cares about you and wants to know what is ailing your body. And they explain what they will do and how it will help to you, in time, feel better. I had X-rays taken and a follow-up visit, I was surprised what I needed to have adjusted. Dr Alex assured me, that in time, my body would be in better condition. Dr Kayla introduce me to Softwave and I must say it is a revolutionary way of healing the body. I love going to Braddock Chiropractic every week, because the doctors are encouraging and the staff makes certain you are aware of all the opportunities to heal. Rachel Edwards • Apr 1, 2026 There are a lot of good qualities about this office. For example I found the staff, especially the doctors, to be quite friendly and flexible with scheduling. Most notably, the adjustment I finally received on my second visit was effective and I left feeling physically better. but I do think one thing is particularly important for future potential clients to understand and that is their business structure. You will only get an x-ray on day one and have to make a second appointment to go over the results before you receive any treatment, and you will have to first watch 2 lengthy pre-recorded videos about the benefits of chiropractic care. Then they will spend a significant amount of time educating you about “what your x-rays mean” and why you would benefit from their treatment. I generally appreciated this educational component. However, every single person who walks into that office Will be given the same “sales pitch“. They will even advise you that you should bring a spouse with you, just like they tell you when you have a timeshare presentation that your spouse should be present. The reason is, they are going to try to sell you on an expensive “treatment plan” that does not seem to be exactly catered to the individual, since most of the negative reviews over the years got the exact same price and plan that I was quoted today. So be prepared to need around $2500 for the 8-week treatment plan. If you have that, Im sure you will see some improvement from your time there. From the moment you walk through the door the atmosphere is peaceful and happy. The front desk ladies are the sweetest and really make you feel like a person and not a number. All the doctors here are amazing and really listen and pay attention to your needs. I like that i dont feel like a cookie cutter adjustments. I really feel like they get what you’re really needing. The amount of pain i was in when i started to where i am now. Im forever grateful for this place giving me my life back. I can move better i hurt so much less. I could go on all day about how this place really had impacted my life. To see the progress in n Xrays brought me to tears. This place is the best!
