"A 67-year-old male involved in a motor vehicle accident presented with severe mid and low back pain, requiring a walker and assistance. He also suffered from headaches, severe shoulder and neck pain, and had positive findings on cervical and lumbar MRI, making him a candidate for back surgery. After receiving adjustments, rehab exercises, whole body vibration plates, and trigger point injections, he no longer needs a walker, walks quickly, and has completely stopped taking pain medication.
