Treatment Details
Michael had a significant injury to the adductor and medial hamstrings tendons, bilaterally from a bad slip on ice where his legs went essentially into the splits. He also had signs of bilateral MCL sprains. He was treated with Active Release Techniques, therapeutic massage, electric stimulation, dry needling, and chiropractic adjustments to the full spine. He showed great signs of improvement after 5-6 weeks of care, and after 8-9 weeks, he was reporting less than a 1/10 in terms of pain, was fully back to the gym, and could walk any distance he wanted. He reported 100% correction of the problem by his 2nd or 3rd maintenance treatment and continues to come for monthly treatments for his spine.
