"Patient fell asleep on the couch watching TV and woke up with severe pain. After 8 weeks of care, patient was able to perform normal daily activities without limitation. After just a couple visits, the patient was able to sleep better."
Treatment Details
Patient was seen 2x per week for 4 weeks then 1 time per week for 4 weeks. Treatment included chiropractic techniques: diversified, Thompson drop and Impulse instrument adjusting, as well as extremity adjustments to the involved shoulder. Therapeutic stretching and soft tissue work including ART was used. Patient was also shown and advised to do daily stretching.
