    Motion study x-rays showed multiple levels of subluxation. Decreased shoulder range of motion. We treated with chiropractic adjustments, full spine. Soft tissue work to the neck and upper back. Spinal decompression to the cervical spine. E-stim and intersegmental traction. With home care exercises and vibration plate in office. Wobble board for postural retraining.
