"The patient is an avid golfer and had gone to his medical doctor to get treatment for his pain in the neck, shoulder and the radiating pain to the elbow and wrist. He had taken the prescribed medication for 6 weeks, did 6 weeks of physical therapy and didnt have any positive changes. He then called our office because he was referred by his father. His goals were to golf and bowl without pain and after 8 weeks we have been able to achieve that."
Treatment Details
The patient was adjusted manually 2 times per week. The treatment included soft tissue mobilization, adjustment to his cervical spine at C6, adjustments to his left shoulder, elbow and wrist. The patient also received 6 sessions of Piezowave Shockwave therapy to the left trapezius and left bicep insertion point.
