"Patient presented with positive retained spinal galant reflexes which inhibited his ability to ambulate normally. He was unable to reach outward or overhead while walking and unable to be on all fours and reach his hands forward. After two visits, his spinal galant reflexes which was diminished and we were able to work on his asymmetric tonic neck reflex and symmetric tonic neck reflex. We were able to provide caregivers with exercises to do at home to help integrate his retained primitive reflexes. Retained spinal galant and retained Bakinski reflex were absent after 2 weeks of care."
