    Patient Experience

"Patient reported not being able to sleep well because of pain waking her up, and could not sleep on her preferred left side. She also couldn’t lift weights overhead or much at all in her upper body without a flare up. Now she is sleeping soundly in her preferred side, and only experiences an occasional pinch in the joint at end range, but the shoulder is thawing, ROM continues to improve close to 100% in all but internal rotation, which is typically last to improve and has already improved about 25% at our clinic during her treatment plan. She’s now having pain-free days, working out with weights again, and able to do tasks like getting dressed and washing her hair without even thinking twice about them."

    Additional Benefits Reported

The patient also experienced these additional improvements:

Improved sleep, increased energy, ability to exercise.

    Treatment Details

With Erin we focused both on correcting the flattening/reverse curve in her cervical spine (neck) structurally with Chiropractic Biophysics traction adjustments and “mirror image” exercises. Additionally we used Active Release Techniques, muscle activation strategies such as NKT and RPR, as well as shockwave therapy. Active rehab and spinal remodeling traction started 3 weeks into care.

    Scientific Evidence
