"This patient presented with debilitating sciatic pain extending from his lower back into his right leg. Sitting for work became increasingly difficult, and sleep was frequently disrupted due to nerve pain. MRI imaging confirmed an L5/S1 disc bulge. Within the first few weeks of care, leg pain intensity decreased significantly. By mid-care, numbness resolved and sitting tolerance improved. By week seven, he reported minimal lumbar stiffness, no radiating symptoms, and a full return to normal work duties and exercise. He now reports feeling stable, confident in movement, and able to work full days without flare-ups."
