"Patient presented with severe low back pain upon standing. Could not straighten to a normal standing posture, any extension in the lumbar spine caused significant pain. The pain radiated down the right leg, and was especially severe around the right hip and buttocks. Improvement was seen after the first adjustment, and continued until full resolution of symptoms on the sixth visit. Patient was able to return to work after 1 week, and had resumed full duties after 2 weeks."
