"Patient experienced severe neck pain, daily headaches, and dizziness for approximately 2 weeks. Unknown cause. History shows falling on his head 20 years prior while playing soccer. After 18 appointments, his VAS score improved from 8/10 to 2/10. He now experiences only 1-2 headaches per month with little to no dizziness and has continued maintenance care once ever 4 to 5 weeks and continues to do his daily spinal hygiene stretching."
Treatment Details
Patient was seen 1 time per week for 3 weeks, then 1 time per week for 3 months before reducing treatment to maintenance care. Treatment included cervical decompression, diversified adjusting, Impulse adjusting instrument, Toggle technique, therapeutic stretching and trigger point therapy.
