    Patient Experience

"My sprint coach told me about Dr. Porcher and his office. When I got there, and worked with him and his team, I was immediately comfortable with the process and started feeling better right away! Thanks to the treatments, I was able to break some school records and train as hard as I wanted to very little pain. It was also fun to see a lot of of my friends at his office. Like every serious athlete is going to Dr. Porcher!!"

    Treatment Details

Sophia was referred to our office by her coaches at a high level training facility local to our office. She presented with bilateral shin splints, worse on the right, weakness of her right hip, and lower back pain. Corrective chiropractic care was performed to remodel the hyperlordosis in her lumbar spine, Active release techniques and massage were used on her shins, ankles, and hips. Muscle testing, and muscle activation was also routinely performed, and she went through a lengthy, rehab rehabilitation program, aimed at strengthening her hip flexors, and hamstring. I occasionally also used dry needling with her lower back. After her initial care plan, Sophia opted to see us 2 to 4 times per month to help her train and compete at a high level.
