"Patient presented with a long history of stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic headaches. She experienced severe headaches for 20 years and lifelong anxiety and depression, leading to emotional overwhelm. Her goal was to reduce worry and emotional distress. Objective tests showed significant stress and reduced adaptive capacity. After care, objective tests showed substantial improvements in nervous system function, and Katie reported significant improvements in emotional regulation, stress levels, and overall mindset. Significant reduction in stress index, substantial increase in HRV Total Power, significant increase in complex state index, improvements in psycho-emotional state, neurohumoral regulation, and brain harmonization.
