    Treatment Details

    Patient received Class IV laser, long axis lumbar spine traction decompression, low force, instruments assisted spinal manipulation and theraball active range of motion exercises. Her treatment frequency was 2 times per week for 4 weeks. She was referred to our facility by the VA having failed medication only therapy and in house physical therapy at the VA.
