    "The patient was unable to lie down and turn her head to sleep or roll over at night without vertigo. Even turning her head in the car to look over her shoulder made her dizzy. Now, she is almost free of vertigo. She also notes an increased range of motion and is getting restful sleep again."

    Treatment Details

    Examination revealed upper cervical joint restrictions at C2 and C5. X-rays correlated to palpation findings, as well as degenerative changes at C5. Cervical rotation to left and right, and extension all increased vertigo. Flexion did on occasion. The patient was adjusted 2-3 times a week for 6 weeks using diversified adjustments. She also received cold laser therapy to the cervical spine.
