His oldest son, Vince, graduated from chiropractic school in April 2025, and his son Grant joined the practice as part of the marketing and management team. Very disappointing first impression. Four calls on Sunday, some only a minute apart, followed by text messages and two more calls today. I understand the need to attract new clients, but this level of repeated calling feels intrusive and unprofessional. If this is your approach to gaining new clients, you may want to reconsider it—it’s more likely to drive them away.
