Dr. Charita Cooper is one of the owners and chiropractors at Synergy Medical. She started her chiropractic-only practice in Marysville, Ohio in 2002, and after seeing a recurring pattern — patients who couldn't be fully helped by chiropractic alone often ended up in the emergency room and were potentially prescribed opioids — she co-founded Synergy Medical in 2017 to offer a better solution. The goal was to ensure patients never felt forced to choose between chiropractic care and traditional medicine, which could lead to dangerous medications.
With over 25 years of combined experience, the Synergy Medical team includes four providers: two chiropractors (with the option of a male or female provider) and two female nurse practitioners. The team collaborates during regular meetings to discuss each patient's care and ensure the best outcomes. Dr. Cooper specializes in pediatric and family chiropractic care and holds certification from the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics.
Her focus is helping patients get back to work, back to their sports, and back to enjoying daily life and the activities they love — through a holistic, integrated approach centered on long-term wellness and effective pain relief.
