I've been under Dr. Pauline's care since my baby was breach in utero. We successfully flipped the baby, leading to a relatively easy delivery. Since then, my son and I have been visiting her for adjustments which has helped tremendously with my son's progression and digestion and for myself with poor posture due to breastfeeding. I've been having significant shoulder and rotator cuff pain since having my son and recently tried the shockwave treatment. After two sessions, I was able to do push ups which I haven't been able to do without pain since my son was born. I'm also seeing much better shoulder mobility. Highly recommend this treatment for anyone having shoulder issues!

By the sixth session, the progress was truly remarkable: I was walking upright again and even able to run short distances — something I never thought would be possible in such a short time. Could not recommend Arc of Life enough! From the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted by Macey who makes you feel so welcomed! My little girl was experiencing colic and I ran out of ideas on how I could help her. I decided to take her to see Dr. Pauline when she was just 2 months old and let me tell you it changed BOTH of our lives. Her sleep improved within weeks of seeing her. After each visit she had the best nap too which was great for this Mama. I can’t wait to experience Arc of Life for myself during my next pregnancy! Thanks for everything you guys do!
