I always feel better physically and mentally after seeing Dr Jon. Because of fused disc's in my neck, I avoided chiropractors in the past. With upper cervical care, there is no cracking and it's not only safe for me but is also effective for my neck, arm and back pain. Working with Stephanie on nutrition is helping to keep me focused on following a healthy diet!
