100% Chiropractic Spokane is a full-service wellness clinic on Spokane's South Hill (2801 E 29th Ave, Suite 102), offering corrective chiropractic care, family wellness, prenatal care, sports & auto-injury rehabilitation, and on-site massage therapy for patients of every age — from newborn infants to seniors. The practice is led by Dr. Max Rock, D.C., a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Life University's College of Chiropractic with a Master of Sports Health Science and additional certification in animal chiropractic from the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association. Rather than focusing on short-term symptom relief, the team specializes in long-term corrective care — using comprehensive exams, digital X-rays, and individualized adjustment plans to restore proper spinal alignment and nervous-system function. Massage therapy is integrated alongside chiropractic to accelerate healing for soft-tissue and post-accident cases. Conditions commonly addressed include headaches and migraines, neck and back pain, sciatica, sports injuries, car-accident and personal-injury recovery, prenatal discomfort, and pediatric wellness.
