Dr. Max Rock, D.C., was raised in Gilbert, Arizona, and brings a uniquely well-rounded background to chiropractic — combining athletics, the outdoors, and an early career in engineering with a deep commitment to natural, whole-person healthcare. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Associate Degrees in Mathematics, Biology, and Spanish from Northern Arizona University, then traveled extensively through Central and South America, working jobs ranging from horse-tour guide in Costa Rica to project engineer on construction sites in Spokane, WA.
It was that time on Spokane job sites — watching workers struggle with preventable pain — that pushed him toward chiropractic. Dr. Rock earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Master of Sports Health Science from Life University's College of Chiropractic, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During school he worked clinically with athletes from Life University and Kennesaw State University, helping them stay on the field and recover from injury. After graduation he completed Animal Chiropractic School and earned certification through the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA), allowing him to treat both large and small animals in addition to people.
Dr. Rock practiced for two years at 100% Chiropractic Tallahassee before returning to Spokane to open his own clinic in the community he loves. He is committed to making a positive impact through education and corrective care — helping families, athletes, post-accident patients, and weekend warriors comfortably pursue their physical and mental goals at every stage of life.
