His journey into chiropractic care began after a serious injury from his 9-to-5 job left him unable to move or breathe without pain. A trusted colleague insisted he see a chiropractor. Skeptical at first, Travis was surprised when — after just a few visits into a structured care plan — his injury and pain dramatically improved. Within the first month of care he also noticed unexpected changes: he had stopped using his asthma inhaler, and later realized he no longer needed his glasses to drive or watch a movie.
A knowledgeable and compassionate chiropractor took the time to explain how this was possible, grounded in simple principles of anatomy and physiology:
• If HEALTH is the result of proper control of all bodily function, and
• The NERVOUS SYSTEM controls and regulates all function, and
• The SPINE protects the integrity of the central NERVOUS SYSTEM outside of the skull, then
• When the integrity of the SPINE is compromised, the NERVOUS SYSTEM is compromised.
