Dr. Crown H. Hoffman has served as a chiropractor in Gaston County for over 20 years. Originally from Bessemer City, NC, he graduated from North Gaston High School in 1998 before earning a B.S. in Biology from Lenoir-Rhyne College. After a chance injury introduced him to chiropractic care, he attended Logan University in St. Louis, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic, an additional B.S. in Human Biology, and acupuncture training — and met his future wife and practice partner, Dr. Katherine Hoffman.
Drs. Hoffman practiced for 6 years in Charlotte under (dec) Dr. Fletcher Keith, D.C. at Keith Clinic of Chiropractic. In 2011, they purchased Southeast Chiropractic: The Motion Centers and later renamed it Southeast Family Chiropractic to reflect their shared passion for family and wellness care.
Dr. Crown provides traditional chiropractic care, acupuncture, cold laser therapy, VA chiropractic care, personal injury care, prenatal chiropractic (Webster Certified), and DOT exams. He is currently expanding his practice to offer functional medicine to the Gaston County community.
Member of the NCCA, ACA, and the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. Outside the clinic, Dr. Crown is an avid outdoorsman, hiker, and church musician — serving as lead trumpet for the Stardusters Big Band throughout North Carolina and the Charlotte region. He and Dr. Kate have two children, Jordan and Elena.
