Doctor of Chiropractic
"I learned about Dr. Porcher's office when my son was playing high school football and he was the team chiropractor. He was big into muscle activation and practically all the parents of the team's players were talking about it. I had seen him years ago for an adjustment and activation here and there, but when I developed a more serious shoulder problem this year, I knew who to call. Dr. Porcher's newer approach (compared to how it was back in 2017/18 focused not only on my shoulder, but also on trying to correct problems in my neck, which he said was connected to my shoulder problem. I don't really understand it all, but I know that he does, and he and his team (especially Bre his Massage Therapist) really helped me to make a full recovery. I'm able to lift weights--even overhead--and I can play pickleball with my wife as much as I want to without problems. Dr. Porcher is definitely a miracle worker."

"Before seeing Dr. Porcher, my hip would always "go out," after a couple of weeks of hockey practice and games/tournaments. I saw a chiro that was helpful, but nothing seemed to make the adjustments hold. When my Dad took me to see Dr. Porcher, he talked about how to get the problem corrected and then maintain that correction, with a lot of cool things he and his team members do in the office, and we've been impressed and very happy so far. I feel the best I've ever felt on the ice since this problem happened, and the relief and correction is also very apparent when I'm doing mobility work, stretching, or training on dry ground. If you're serious about getting your body right, get over to therapy at this office."
"By the end of my senior year of football season, my lower back was hurting so badly that my parents took me to the ortho. They found a stress reaction/fracture to part of the vertebrae in my lower back, and I was worried that I would miss my final track season, where I have goals of making it to state and doing really well for my team in a few events. A friend who was seeing Dr. Porcher for the same problem referred me to the office, and I was immediately impressed by how thorough his approach was to not just getting me feeling better, but also trying to ensure that this was the only time I'd have this happen to me. Much of his treatments were also geared towards helping me improve performance in strength/lifting and sprinting. Now I can look forward to enjoying my senior year of track and reaching the goals I've been working hard towards. Thank you Dr. Porcher!"

"For at least a year, my lower back hurt me so bad when I was playing soccer or doing gymnastics that I would almost always have to signal to my coach to pull me off the field after maybe 10 or 15 minutes of being out there. It made me want to cry because I was training so hard and doing everything I could to get better, but I was stuck. My parents took me to their chiropractor which helped a little bit, but then one of my teammates recommended. I see Dr. Porcher and his team. Their approach was so different than what I had had in the past, and they seem to cover so many different areas of problems that I didnβt even know I had. The deep stretching/ART, muscle activation, massage, and the shockwave I feel made the biggest difference for me. No Iβm able to play a whole game if I want to, with only a little bit of pain in my lower back. They also really helped me with shin splints which I thought I would always have, but donβt feel anymore. Dr. P and his team are the BEST for athletes!"

"My back was hurting so bad every time I would sprint or try to do anything requiring agility/changing directions while I was at football practice. It looked like I was going to miss my season again this year. I had two ACL tears over the last two years, and I was finally healthy with my knees before starting this season. Then the back problem started in August, and I felt crushed. I heard about Dr. Porcher from some of my teammates, and when I started seeing him, I started to feel better right away. By the third week of treatment, I was able to practice at 100%, and able to hit guys as hard as I wanted to in games as a linebacker. Somehow, through treatment, he was able to make all the muscles around my knees, feel much stronger and more explosive also. Iβm so grateful for Dr. Porcher, Bre, Nick, and the rest of his team. If youβre having any sort of back problems, this is the place to be. They gave me my football season back."

"Jennifer was unable to go up and down stairs at her house, stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and had difficulty watching her grandkids because of how bad her left hip pain had become over the several months she had it. After treatment at our office, she is doing very well with her ability to walk long distances, travel, go up and down stairs without restriction, and is enjoying her grandchildren to the fullest."
